Website builds are paid after you approve them

We define the scope, build your website, and show you the finished result before you pay anything. No card and no deposit are required to start. You only receive a payment link once you have seen the site and told us to proceed.

Refunds on the website build

Because you review and approve the completed website before paying, the one-time build payment is non-refundable once the site has been approved and delivered. This is custom work produced for your business specifically.

If we cannot deliver, you get everything back. If we fail to deliver the website you approved, or we cancel the project after you have paid, we refund 100% of the build payment. Ask for it at hello@mateaiagents.com and we process it through Paddle.

Before approval there is nothing to refund, because there is nothing to pay. You can walk away at any point during the build at no cost.

The monthly care plan

The care plan is optional and separate from the build. You can cancel it at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not reverse charges already completed. The month you are already in is not prorated, and your site stays hosted and supported until that paid period ends.

If your site goes down because of something on our side and we cannot restore it within the month, write to us and we credit or refund that month.

How to cancel

Email hello@mateaiagents.com, or use the billing management link in the receipt Paddle sends you. Cancellation takes effect as soon as we confirm it, and we confirm in writing.

Charges billed separately

Extra storage, extra change hours, and business mailboxes are billed only when you use them and only after we tell you the price. They are charged for the period already used and are not refundable after that period, but you can stop them for future periods at any time.

Who charges you

Paddle acts as merchant of record for payments made through this site. Your receipt, invoice, and card statement come from Paddle, and taxes are calculated by Paddle based on your location. MateAI never sees or stores your card number.
