How to cancel
Customers may request cancellation through the support contact or the billing management process supplied with their subscription.
Effective date
Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless the applicable order states otherwise.
Recurring billing
Cancellation stops future renewals after it becomes effective. It does not automatically reverse completed charges.
Setup fees and refunds
Setup-fee refundability and any refund window remain business decisions that must be finalized before live sales. The checkout must display the currently approved terms before payment.
